Payment Method:
We accept PayPal payment or credit card payment through PayPal only! 

PayPal payment system supports Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express. Please use Cheque or Bank transfer when payment is more than 1000 pounds. 

Paypal eCheck must be cleared before shipping. It takes 4 business days to clear the eCheck. Customers are responsible to pay all related Customs Fees, Federal and Local Taxes if required.

Shipping:


Items will be shipped by Chunghwa Post, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and EMS, depends on location. 

Please note that we do not ship to APO (Military) Boxes or FPO (Foreign) Boxes.
We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and deliverable. It’s the customer’s responsibility to pay additional shipping and handling fee if the ordered item is returned because of the wrong shipping information provided by the customer.
We will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused in delivery. We will not be responsible for any failure to deliver or delay in delivery caused by any event reasonably beyond our control.

Delivery Schedule:
Each pre-order item will have an estimated arrival time; we will try to update it as accurately as possible and will ship out your order as soon as we have them ready. Normally, shipment may take about 7 – 10 business days for delivery, but it may vary due to the shipping address, holidays, and any unconcerned issues.

Shipping Cost:
Usually, our item rates include the expenses of shipping and handling, but sometimes you may view the shipping cost by adding items to your shopping cart and click “Check out”, it will show your shipping cost for your order. We are not responsible for any customs fees, duty, taxes, tariffs, or any charges due to your local government apply to your parcel.

Exchange & Repair:
By purchased Ax2 product means you have read and agreed to the following 14 Days Exchange/Repair policy. All Ax2 products are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable. Please note that we will not charge extra when sending the replacement goods or repaired goods.

Due to the limited edition nature of our product, we cannot guarantee that the item(s) can be replaced at the time of return or that damaged specific edition numbers can be replaced with the same number. We strongly suggest all customers open all merchandise upon receipt to inspect their purchase in order to take advantage of this policy.

Please also note that we do not exchange nor repairs any of the freebies, ie. posters, card holders, mugs, etc.

Return and Refund:
If you wish to return or exchange this product, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We kindly ask that you ensure that the item remains unused and is in its original packaging with any labels attached. Please note that for any returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred.

We do not accept returns for toys and hard goods on non-defective merchandise. We cannot issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for a different toy or any hard-good item. If your merchandise has a significant defect right out of the box (i.e. the product is broken or missing parts), we’ll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item. You must contact us within THREE (3) DAYS from the date of receipt.

Reward Point:
Reward Points can be applied to the purchase of any qualifying collectible during the check-out process. Under the Order Summary portion of the check-out process, simply select the Rewards option under the Coupons, Promo Codes & Rewards section, put in the dollar amount of Rewards, agree to the rules, click the Apply Points button, wait for the page to refresh and finally click the Place Your Order button. Cancellations:
Only order items that you will be able to pay for. We do not recommend speculating and then canceling your orders as the product arrives. All cancellation requests must be sent to cs@a-x-2.com. All canceled orders will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellation fees cannot be applied to new or open orders.
* Since PayPal fee is no longer refundable, please note there will be a 15% cancellation fee + the PayPal fee.

If you redeemed Reward Points (coupon code) on an order that you wish to cancel, you will forfeit those Reward Points.

Payment Plan Cancellation Fee:

The payment plan option is a great method for our collectors. At the same time, it’s really hard for us keeping track! Therefore, AX2 will need to charge a fee when a payment plan order is canceled.

  • The non-refundable 25% cancellation fee will be placed to secure your order and also will be used as the cancellation fee.
  • A cancellation fee is required regardless of the order cancellation was completed by the customer or by Ax2, due to insufficient funds, expired cards, etc.

Purchase from official distributors or wholesalers:

For purchase from our official distributors or wholesalers, please contact your sellers directly, and they will provide you with after-sales service according to their terms and conditions. We suggest you checking the product upon receipt to protect your interest.
